National Shipment
Our store sell and send products only in Chile, covering most of Chilean Territory.
We offer two choices : Chilexpress and Tur Bus Cargo. Depending on the kind
of product and the urgency, the customer could select the most appropriate one.
Once we have received the payment, we will ship the products as your indications.
The shipment fees that we offer (see table), are in case of the customer that
want to include all the costs in the order, and we will send the products via
Tur Bus Cargo to the customer nearest Tur Bus Office. Other choice that the
customer could take is to pay when he receive the products at destination.
International Shipment
We do not send products outside Chile, but in special cases we could arrange
the delivery.
Returns
In the case that the customer require to return (or change) some items, he will
be responsible for all the costs involved in that. Just in the case that this
return is for our responsibility, we will pay for that costs.
